Statutes, in Official Record Book 138, pages 115-118, of the
public records of St. Lucie Gounty, Florida.
In this instrument the sin~CUlar shall include the plural,
and the masculine shEll include the feminine and neuter. All
rights and obligat ions under this mortgage shall extend to and
be bindin6 upon tne respective heirs, eaecutors, adcninistratora,
successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
