CLAIM OF LIEN

Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
FRED H. LOLLIS, who, being duly sworn, says that he is the
Vice President and agent for the lienor herein, STAR CONSTRUCT-
ION COMPANY OF FT. PIERCE~ INC., whosP address is Route 3,
Box 620, Fort Pierce, Florida, and that in pursuance of a con- ~
tract with Kenneth Drummond, lienor furnished labor, services
and material consisting of grading and shaping road-bed cross-
section (half roadway width), furnishing, hauling, spreading
and compacting marl to produce 8 inch compact~d thickness sand
marl roadbed and furnishing, installation and backfill 18 inch
diameter corrugated metal pipe culvert in that part of Tract
33, Garden City Farms, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 2, Page 5, St. Lucie County, Florida public records now
shown as the East ~ of North 27th Street and the N'~ of Avenue

t P on the Plat of La Varn Subdivision, Plat Book 14, Page 15,

~ St. Lucie County Public Records, the said services and material
furnished were for the purpose of making Tract 33 of Garden
City Farms suitable as a site for the construction of improve-
ments as a subdivision, whereby lienor claims a lien upon Lots
1 through 14 inclusive of La Varn Subdivision, Plat Book 14,-
Page 15, St. Lucie County Public Records, a subdivision of
Tract 33, Garden City Farms, as per Plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 2, at Page 5, St. Lucie County, Florida Public Records,

~ the said property being owned by Kenneth Drummond at the time
~ lienor furnished labor, services and materials mentioned above
of a total value of $1r709.00 of which there remains unpaid
$1,709.00 and furnished the first of the same on the 18th day
