THIS WARRANTY DEED, Made and executed the 7th day of SeptOlluber,
19 66 , by DONALD L. SHEPHARD, AS TRUSTEE, and JEROME A. SIMONS. AS TRUSTEE,
hereinafter called the Grantors, to.~ HOWARD W. SAMPSON, EMERSON G.
SAMPSON and WILLIAM F. SAMPSON,
whose postoffice address is 3011 Fairway Drive,
Fort Pierce, Florida
hereinafter called the Grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the Grantors for and in consideration of the sum of ,
$ 10.00 , and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, re-
lease, convey and confirm unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in

TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND.TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantee that they are lawfully
seized of said land in fee simple; that they have good right and lawful author-
ity to sell and convey said land; that they hereby fully warrant the titl,~ to
said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons ;
whomsoever; and ~hat said land is free of all encumbrances.
This conveyance is made subject to the following conditions and restrictions
which shall be construed as covenants real running with the land to wit:
1. Subject to existing easements, if any and to easements shown on the sub- +
division plat. '
2. Subject to restrictions of record recorded in Deed Bk.252,page 265&O.R.Bk.~
9 at Page 386 , Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
3. Subject to taxes for the year 19,~6 and subsequent years.
