WHTsR~AS, pursuant to Section 11, Artic+s I, oP the City Charter,

Manager, and all such bonda ahall be filed in the office of the City
Clerk, excepting the bond of the City Clerk, which ahall be approved ~
by the City Commission and filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court
of St. Lucie County, Florida; and

WHEREAS, Rider 2, attached to and forming part of Bond No.
B 25-76-81, dated effective November 14, 1965, pr~ovides for $15,,000.00
' additional indemnity on the position oF City Clerk.
~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the City Commi~sion of the

~ City of Fort Pierce, Florida, as follows:
Section 1. That the amount for which the City Clerk ahall be
bonded is hereby determined to be $25,000.00. .
Section 2. That the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
and-directed to file a copy of Reliance Inaurance Company Public
Employees Blanket Bond No. B 25-76-81, dated May 11, 1964, with
attached Riders, with the Clerk of the Circuit Court oP St. Lucie
County, Florida .
Section 3. This Resolutipn ahall become effective upon its
adoption.
