1. The Poliry is smended by canceling and terminating a certain endorsement (hereinafter called
Car~celQd Endorsement) formin~ part of tlw Poliry and more fully described as follows:

so that fror~n and after noon, standard time ss specifled in tfie Palicy, on the effective date hereof, the `
Policy shall continue in force without tha amendment contained in the said Canceled Endorsement.
2 The amandment of the Poliry sffected hereby shall sppt~r:
(s) to loss sustained after noon as aforesaid an the ~ffectiw date hereof; and also
(b) if such amendment of the Policy results in decreasing the amount of or in any respect rcst~icts `
or narrows the coverage of the Poliq, then to loss sustained P~ior to such time and disco~- ~
ered after the expiration, from said time, of that period which equals the applicablepe ~iod
fixed in the Policy for the discovery of loss after cancelation or termination of the Poliq as
an entirety, or after the wr~celation of any Insurin~ Agreement thereof, as the case may be. -
3. This endorsement is effective ss of noon o~ November 28~ ]„961~ .

it is agreed that:
1. The attached bond, in a~cordance with the temu and pravisions of sucn of the Insuring Agree- ~
ments thereof as are in full force and effect, shall also indemnify those officers of the Insured wFw are
required by law to give individual bonds for the faithful performance of their duties, against loss through
acts or detaults ot Employees who serve under them; provided, however, that the liability of the Surety for ~
loss sustained by the Insured and such officer or officers shall, in no event, exceed the amount for which ;
the Surery would be tiable under the attached bond had all such loss been sustained by the Ins~red. i
