GORHAM CONSTRUCTION CCMPANY agrees to indemnify and hold harmless
the said BLUE GOO6E QtC~VERS, INC., ET AL., From any claim which
may be made by any subcontractor in connection ~vith the above
described work done by G~tHAM CONSTR ION CCMPANY for BLUE
G006E QtO~+VERS, INC,, in connecti~ -~vith Alan Wilson Groves.
This instrument constitutes a full and complete
release by GC[tHAM CONSTRIIC'='ION COMPANY to BLUE GOOSE QtC7WERS,
INC., and it is acknowledged that all matters in dispute between
these corporations are satisfied and discharged in full. ~
