Statutes, in Official Record Book 138, pages 115-118, of the
public records of St. Lucie Gounty, Florida.
In this instrument the sin~r.ular shall include the plural,
and the masculine shall include the feminine and neuter. Al1
rights and obligat ions under this mortgage shall extend to and `
be bindinb upon the respective heirs, executors, adminiatrators, '
successors and assigns of the ~Iortgagor and Mortgagee. . i
