Together aith all structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land, and fixtares attac6ed thereto,
and all rents, issues, proceeds, end profits accrning and to accrue from said premises, all of which are included
within the Eoregoing description and the habendum thereof; also all gas, steam, electric, water, and other heating,
cooking, cefrigerating, lighting, plumbing, ventilating. irrigating, and power systems, machines, appliances. fi:-
tures. and appurtenances, which noar are or may hereafter pedain to, or be osed with, in, or oa said premises, even
though they be detached or detachable. .
TO NAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all end singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurte- t-
neaces thereunto belonging or in anyaise appedaining. and the reversion and reversions. remainder or remainders, ?
reats, issues, and profits thereof, and also all the estate. right, title, interest, homestead, dower and right of ;

And the mortgagor hereby covenants with the mortgagee. that he is indefeasibly seized of said land in fee
