THIS INDENTURE~ Executed this the 25th day of October ,
A.D. 1966, between JOHI~I CONRAD and ONEITA S. STRANGHOENSR, as
Administrators of the Estate of Dora Elizabeth Conrad, deceased,
Parties of the First Part, and ELMER STRANGHOENER and ONEITA E.
STRANGHOffidER, his wife, whose address is 393 Midway, Fort Pierce,
St. Lucie County, Florida, Parties of the Second Part,
WITNESSETHr That, Whereas, the County Judge ot St. Lucie •
County, Florida, on the 25th day of October , 1966

among other things ordered that the Parties of the First Part
execute a Deed to the Parties of the Second Part,
NOW' TIi$REFORE~ This Indenture Witnesseth: That the said
JOHN CONRAD and ON$ITA E. STRANGHOENER, as Administrators of the
Estate of Dora Elizabeth Conrad, deceased, in order to carry into
effect the said sale so made as aforesaid, and in pursuance of the _
Order of the said Court, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
($10.00) and other valuable consideration, paid by the Parties of
the Second Part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the
Parties of the First Part have granted, bargained and sold, and
by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, release, convey
and confirm unto the Parties of the Second Part, and to their heirs,
executors, administrators and assigns forever, that certain parcel
of land in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as follows, to-wit:

file in Plat Book 5, Page 63, public records
of St. I,ucie County~ Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, the above described and hereby
granted premises with the appurtenances unto the said Parties of
the Second Part, and to theix heirs, executors, administrators and
assigns forever, to their own proper use, benefit and behoof.
