the Plat of Florida Disid Citrus Grove as recorded in
Plat Book 13, Page 1, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. Said parcel covers 12 citrus beds 135 feet
in width, in addition to other lands; the east boundary 1
of said parcel being further described as the centerline - ~
of a sub-lateral ditch.
ALSO, all of the grantor's right, title and interest, ~
if any, in and to the following described easements: ~

(1) That certain easement dated June 8, 1964
and recorded in Official Records Book 91,
Page 385 of said public records;

(2) That certain easement dated June 8, 1964
and recorded in Official Records Book 91,
Page 389 of said public records. '
AND ALSO, all of grantor's right, title and interest, if any, f
in and to those certain rights granted and conferred by
virtue of that certain agreement dated June 8, 1964 and
recorded in Official Records Book 91, Page 368 of said
public records.
