ALSO,'all of M.ortgagor's right, title and interest in and to the followinq described easements: (1) That certain easement dated June 8, 1964 and recorded in Official Records Book 91, Page 385 of said public records. (2) That certain easement dated June 8, 1964 and recorded ` in Official Records Book 91, Page 389 of said public records. ALSO, all of Mortgagor's right, title and interest in and to those certain rights granted and conferred by virtue of ~ that certain agreement dated June 8, 1964 and recorded in Official Records Book 91, Page 368 of said public records. ~ . j In the event all or any portion of the property hereby mortgaged ~ is included in any drainage ~r other imgrover.~ent district formed or authorized subsequent to the date hereof, or in the event said property, or any part thereof, is in a drainage or other improvement district as of the date hereof, and subsequent to the date hereof the bonded indebtedness of such district is increased or the district is - authorized to make additional assessments for improvements in excess of 15$ of the assessment in force and effect as of the date hereof, then in any of such events the Mortgagee may, at its option, declare the entire indebtedness hereby secured due and payable upon six months' notice. If such option is exercised and notice g.ven, then upon the - expiration of such six months' notice, the entire indebtedness hereby • secured shall be due and payable and nonpayment thereof shall con- stitute a default under this mortgage, and the same may be collected by foreclosure or in any other manner provided by law.
