All pumps, irrigation and drainage equipment including the entire
drainage system and the entire overhead irrigation system, together
with all asbestos cement pipes, plastic pipes, steel pipes (pump
connections), steel pipes (sprinkler risers), sprinklers, regulators,
anchors, plastic fittings, valves, pumping units, sumps and mis-
cellaneous fittings and gauges, including specifically, but not
limited to, the following items:
One Model 15 L- 110-3 Worthington turbine, serial No.
DPT 15495 with 100 horsepower electric motor;
47700 feet PVC pipe and necessary fittings;
~ 7 foot galvanized rizers, concrete anchors and all
E connecting fittings, supplied with asbestos cement main-
~ line consisting of approximately 3,240 feet of six ~
~ inch and 1650 feet of 8 inch asbestos pipe;
All other necessary gate valves and control valves.
The location of the above described property being on that certain
real property located in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
Block 19, AGRICULTURE PLAT OF FLORIDA MAID CITRUS GROVE,
according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book _
13, Page 1, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
less the East 3560 feet of said Block 19. -
