That certain mortgage note dated October 19 , 1966 in the
original principal amount of $45,000.00 secured by a mortgage
on the above described real property from Mortqaqor herein to
the Mortgagee herein, recorded m~t/.~,""~ , 1966 under
Clerk's No. ~yqSoB' , Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. ~
This Chattel Mortgage is given in connection with and as a part
of the security for the payment of the sum represented by the
promissory note above described and is in addition to the giving
of the real property mortgage described above which likewise
secures the payment of the promissory note herein described,
which real property mortgage covers the real property hereinabove
mentioned and set fortli, and it is expressly herein agreed,.
anything to the contrary herein mentioned notwithstandi~ng',- that -
a default in or failure to carry out and perform according tp
the terms of said real property mortgage covering the said real
estate, shall operate as and constitute a default in the.per-
formance of the terms and conditions of this Chattel Mortgage
and with the same rights and privileges to the mortgagee with
