This cause came to be heard on plaintiff's motion =
for confirmation of sale and it appearing to the Court ~
~hat a Final Decree of Foreclosure was entered hereln
on wherein it was ordered that the
real property descr3bed in said Final Decree of Foreclosure .
be sold by the United States Marshal at public outcry;

the United States Marshal in accordance with the afore-
