This cause came to be heard on plaintiff's motion .
for confirmation of sale and it appearing to the Court
that a Fina.l Decree of Foreclosure was entered her~ein
on wherein it was ordered that the ~
real property deseribed in said Final Decree of Foreclosure
be sold by the United States Marshal at public outcry;
that on ~q~~ ~~he said real property was sold by
the United States Marshal in accordance with the afore-
said Final Decree of Foreclosure, to

at said sale is an agent of the United States, and as
such should be given credit against the amount of this
bid up to the amount due plaintiff under the aforesaid

ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED:
1. The sale of the real Froperty described in the -
