REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
• THIS INDIIVTURE OF MORTGAGE, made this the~_

Q, 1966, between STANDARD SPRAY AND
CHEMICAL CO., a Florida corporation having its principal
place of business at 1405 West Olive Street, Lakeland,
Florida, STANDARD SPRAY AND CHEMICAL C0. OF ORIANDO, a
Florida corporation, and STANDARD SPRAY & CHEMICAL COM-
PANY OF NORTH CAROLINA, INC., a North Carolina corpora- i
tion having its principal business at Severn, North Caro-
lina, parties of the first part, hereinafter called Mort-
gagors; and WOODMEN OF THE WORLD LIFE INSURANCE SOCIETY,
a Nebraska corporation having its principal place of busi-
ness at 1708 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska, party of the
second part, hereinafter called Mortgagee;
(Whenever used herein, the terms "Mort-
gagors" and "Mortgagee" include the
parties to this agreement and their re- ~
spective successors and assigns; and
whenever used herein the term "Note"
shall include the note copy of which is ;
attached hereto as Exhibit "B".)

WHEREAS, Mortgagors are indebted to Mortgagee in ;

~ the sum of Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($400,000.00),

! lawful money of the United States of America, secured to
be paid by Mortgagors' certain promissory note bearing ~
even date with these presents, hereinafter called the Note, ~

~ NOW ZH IS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, that Mortgagors
for the better securing of the payment of the saici sum of " ~
