Mortgagee forever, the following described real estate:
Real property as described on Schedule
"A" hereto attached and made a part hereof.
TOGETHER WITH all and singular the tenements,
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or
' in anywise appertaining, and the reversion or reversions,
remainder and remainders, and the rents, issues and pro-
f its thereof, which are hereby expressly assigned, trans- !
ferred aid set over; and also all the estate, right, title,

interest, property, possession, claim and any demand what- !
soever, as well in law as in equity, of Mortgagors of, in
and to the same and every part thereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all
and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurten-
ances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and
the reversion or reversions, remainder or remainder s, rents
issues and profits thereof, and also all the estate, right,
title and interest, homestead, dower and right of dawer,
separate estate, possession, claim and demand whatsoever,
as well as in law as in equity, of Mortgagors in and to the

Mortgagors hereby covenant with Mortgagee that
Mortgagors are indefeasibly seized of said land in fee sim-
ple; that Mortgagors have full power and lawful right to

~ convey the same in fee simple as aforesaid; that it shall ,

be lawful for Mortgagee at all times peaceable and quietly
to enter upon, hold, occupy and enjoy said land and every ~
~ part thereof; that the land is free from all encumbrances; ~
