MORTGAGE NOTE
$400,000.00 Lakelend, Florida
October 27, 1966
FOR VALUE RECEIVED, Che undersigned promises
to pay to the order of WOODMEN OF TEIE tJORLD LIFE INSUR-
ANCE SOCIETY at its principal office in the City of

Omaha, Nebraska, or at such other place as the holder ~
hereof may from time Lo time designate in writirg, the
principal sucn of Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($400,000.00)
with inCerest from date at the rate of six and one-half ~
(6~) per cent. per annum, payable monthly, both princi- .
pal and interest payable in lawful~money of the United ~
States oF America.
The said principal and interest shall be pay-
able in monthly installments as follows:
A) Sixty (60) monthly payments of $4,439.68 !
commencing December lst, 1966. !
B) One hundred twenty (120) monthly payments ~
of $2,717.86 commencing January lst, 1972. !

The interest shall be paid by apportioning for that pur- i
pose out of each monthly installment when paid a aum j~

~ suff icient to pay accrued interest; interest to be com- !
~
~ puted on the unpaid printipal balance at the beginning of
each monthly interval; the balance of each monthly payment
after euch apportionment to interest shall be credited on ~
the principal hereof. j
~ All past due prir?cipal and interest shall bear j!
interest at the highest rate allowed by law.. ~

If this note shall be placed in th ~ hands of an

attorney for collection or if suit be brought thereon, an
attorney's fee of ten percent shall thereupon become due
