WITNESSETH: T~hat the said parties of the first part,
for and in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and

the said parties of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
~ acknawledged, have granted, bargained and sold to the said parties

of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever, the following
described land, situate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie,

The North 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the North-
east 1/4, Section 18, Township 35 South, Range 39
East, less the East 14 feet thereof; also except-
ing therefrom all rights-of-way for clrainage
canals and public roads, said lands lying and being
in St. Lucie County, Florida.
And the said parties of the first part do hereby fully warrant the
title to said land, and will defend the same against the lawful
claims of all persons whomsoever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties of the first part
