Personally appeared before me the undersigned, the Affiant,
this 25th day of October , 1966 ar.d having been first _
duly sworn, deposes and says:
That Affiant is personally known and has bsen acquainted
with JAMES D. REVELLE for more than two years.
That Affiant prepared that certain Quit Claim Deed,
executed on the 7th day ~f October, 196b,:wherein Anna R.
Revelle, a widow, transferred ~a Anna R. Revelle, a widow,
and James J. Revelle; a bachel~r; -
That the middle initial of James Revelle was, by
typographical error, placed in this deed. -
That Affiant krows the middle initial should be D.
making the corre~~~ joint tenant to be James D. Revelie rather
than James J. Revelle.
This Affidavit is placed on record intending hereby to
~correct the typographical error in the mid~lE initial of

James D. Revelle, as it appears in O.R.Book 156, page 504.
