WIti~RSAS, Bessie C. I,ittleton, late of the City of '
Foit Pierce in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, de-
ceased, in her lifetime made and executed her Last Will and
Testanent dated June 29, 1954, whereby, among other things,
she constituted and appointed J. T. LITTLSTON IIx. J06SPH C. ~
LITTLLTON, HARVEY K. LITTLSTON and M~1RTf3A I.. KBLLY as Sxecu-
tors of her Last Will and Testament and didthereby empawer `
said ~xecutors to sell or otherwise dispose of any of dece- i
dent's property; said Will was admitted to p-robate on the
27th day of June, 1966, by the County Judge's Court in and
far St. I~ucie County, Florida; and,
NaFT~ THSREFORS, the said C-rantors, by vi~tue of the
pawer and authority given to them in and by said Last Will
and R~estaanent, and in considera~ion of the sum of Ten Dol-
lars ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations,
do hereby grant, bargain, sell and con~rey unto the said ~
J. T. LITTLSTON and his assigns forever, all the real estate
being in 3t. Lucie County, State of Florida, described as
