WITNESSETH: That the Grantors_for and in consideration of the sum of

lease, convey and confirm unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in

TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and.appurtenances thereto
belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantors hereby cavenant with said ~rant~e that they are lawfully
seized of said land in fee simple; that they have good riqht and lawful author-
ity to sell and ronvey said land; that they hereby full}• warrant the title ~o y
said land and wil~ defend the same agains~ the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encu~brances. ~ !
This conveyance is made subject to the following conditions and restrictions
whi~h shall be construed as covenants real runninq with the land to wit;
1. Subject to existing easements, if any and to easements shown on the sub-
division glat. ;

at Page 349, Public Records af St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
3. Subject to taxes for the year 19 66 and,subseguent years.
