W~RSAS, the Board of County Com~ai~sioners of St. Luci~.• County
b~r Resolution No. 66-29, adogted on July 5, 1966 rezoned from A-1
(agricultural) to M-2 (industrial) a parcel of land 200 feet by 200
feet in the North 3 acres of the South of the East of the North-
w•est of the Northeast in Section 13, Township 35 South, Range 39
East, and
WHEREAS, ~he descriptian of said parcel contained in said
Res~lution No. 66-29 was in error and should be corrected.
NOW, TI~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of (:ouncy Commissioners
of St. Lucie County, in meeting assembled this 1st day of November,
1966, that the description contained in Resolution No. 66--29 be and
the same is hereby atnended to read as follows:
South 200 feet of the North 271.5 feet of the
East 200 feet of the North 3 acres of thE West
~ of the Eas~ ~ of the Northwest of the North-
East in Section 13, Township 35 S~uth, Range
39 East, St. Lucie County, Florida
BE IT FURTf~R RESOLVED that the Zoriing Director of St. Lucie

County is hereby authorized and directed to~cause the changes to be

~ made on the official zoning map of St. Lucie County as set out above

and to make notation thereof of reference to the date of adoption of
~ this resolution.
