HomeMy WebLinkAbout0198 . 1~~~~ ~ R Rssot.vraox No. 66-67 ~ WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Flanning and Zoning Commission after holding a public hearing on September 29, 1966, of which due notic~ was published at least fifteen (15) days prior to said hear- , ing, has recommend~ed to the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County that the following amendment to the Comprehensive Zoning Resolution for St. Lucie County be adopted; and WHEREAS, said Board of County Commissioners held a public hear- ing on said recommendation on November 1, 1966 after~first publish- ing a notice of said heari:~g in The News Tribune published in Fort Pierce, Florida, on the lOth day of October, 1966, said date being at least fifteen (15) days~prior to the date of said hearing. NOW~ TI~REFORE, BE IT RESQLVED by the Board of County Commis- sioners of St. T~ucie County in meeting assembled this ls~ day of November, 1966, that the Comprehensive Zoning Resolution for St. Lucie County be and the same is hereby amended by a~iding ta Paragraph No. 3 of Section 13 the following: - "Notwithstanding the proyisions of this paragraph, any non-conforming mobile home located in a resider.tially zoned i ~ i ` district which was occupied on SepY.ember 1, 1966 by the owner or owners of the land on which it is located as his, her or their permanent residence or was occup~ed on said date by the parents or children of such owner or owners as ~ their permanent residence may remain triereon as long as said o~cupants continue to make it their permanent residence.
