verbatim herein, and recorded pursuant to 695.02, Florida
Statutes, in Official Record Book 138, pages 115-118, of the
public records of St. Lucia Gounty, Florida.
In this instrument the singular shall include the plural,
and the masculine shell include the feminine and neuter. All
rights and obligat ions under tnis mortgage shall eatend to and
be bindin~ upon the respective heirs, executors, adminietrators,
successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
