3. That Petition~r has recei~ed an offer of Nine Thousand
One Hundred ($9,100. 00) Dollars for the sale of the abave-described

premises including all household furnishings, fixtures and equipment.
Said offer was made through Hoyt Murphy & Co. , realtors of Fort
Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, who have received a Five Hundred
($500. 00) Dollars deposit towards the purchase price pending acceptance ;

thereof and "authorization of this Court. - ~
4. Said purchase price is to ba paid by the addi~ional
deposit from the offerors, Rex J. Young and Lila J. Young, his wife, _
of One Thousand ($1, 000. 00) Dollars to Hoyt Niurphy & Co. upon the
entry of an Order by this Cour~ authorizing said sale on or before
October 21, 196b, said sums to be held in the Trust Account of Hoyt
l/iurphy & Co. pending closing on November 1, 1966. ~ f

extent of Seven Thousand Six Hundred (~7, 600. 00) Dollars, thereby
comprising the total purchase price. . ~

8. Costs of clasing, including a brokerage commission
of One Hundred Fifty ($150. 00) Dollars= is to be paid by seller from
the One Thousand Five Hundred ($1, 500. 00) Dollars cash at closing. -
9. _Petitioner expects the Estate will benefitec ;rom
~ said sale in the net amount of One Thousand Fifty ($1, 050. 00)-Dollars.

~ interest of the Estate to accept the above offer and to convey the property
