THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard on the Petition ;
of T. R. BOYLE, Trust Officer, First vational Bank of Pompano
Beach, Admizustrator cum testamento annexo, of the Estate of Mabel `
Hodges Lemkie, aeceased, for leave to sell certain property, as .
described in the Petition, and it appearing to the Court that it is in
the best interest of the Estate that said property be sold at privat~
sale, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it :s
ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that T. R.
BOYLE, Trust Officer, First National. Bank of Pompano Beach,
Administrator cum testamento annexo, of the Estate of l~iabel Hodges
Lemkie, deceased, be and he is hereby autborized to sell the follo~ving
