TOGETHER with all and sin~n:lar the tenements, heredi-
taments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining,
and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents,
issues and profits tr~erof, and also all the estate, right, title, interest,
dower and right of dower, separate estate, property, possession,
claim and demand whatsoever, both in law and equity, which the
deceased had in her lifetime, and at the time of her decease, and which
the party of the first part has by virtue of the Last Will and Tes~ament
of Mabel Hodges Lemkie, or otherwise, of, in and to the above ~::i~~zd
premises, and every part and parcel thereof, with the appurtenances.
T~ HAVE AND TO HOLD the above granted, bargained
and described premises; with the appurtenances, unto the said parties
of the second par.*., their heirs and assigns, to their own .pruper use,
i benefit and behoof forever, in as full and ample a manner as the same _
was possessed or enjoyed by the said Mahel Hodges Lemkie, ~eceased,
in her lifetime.
