second part, their heirs and assigns, shall and may at al! times
~ hereafter peaceably ard quietly have, hold, use, occupy, possess and
enjoy the above granted premises and every part and pai•cel thereof,
with the appurtenances, without any let, suit, trouble, molestation,
eviction or disturbance of the said ~~arty of the first part, the heirs
or assigns, or of any other person or persons lawfully claiming or
to claim the same, by, through and under the grantor herein.
, REFERENCE is hereby made to ~he order entered
by the County Judge's Court of the State of Florida, in and for the
County of Broward, in the matter of the ESTATE OF 11~IABEL HODGES
LEMKIF., Deceased, No. 23727, and particularly to the Order
Authorizing Sale of Real Estate and directing conveyance of the real
property, dated the 20th day of October, 1966, and this Deed is
given pursuant to said proceedings and Order.
