BEFORE ME, THE UNDERSIGNID AUTHORITY, personally
appeared JAMES R. DUNCAN who, being by me first duly sworn,
deposes and says:
That he is the owner of the follawing described
property, to wit: -
Lot Fifteen (15) , Block Six (6) , REVISID
PLAT OF SOUTH 25TH STREET SUBDIVISION,
according to the Plat thereof; ~recorded
in Plat Book 11, Page 46, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
. which property Affiant acquired with his former and noow deceased
wife, BLANCH DUNCAN, by a Quit Claim Deed given by William R.
White and Ger.tie M.-White, his wife, dated October 19, 1964,_
and recorded December 31, 1964, in Official Records Book 107,
Page 531, of the Public Records-of St, Lucie County, Florida;

~ that Affiant and the said BLANCH DUNCAN were husband and wife
at the time of their acquisition of title to the above described
I property, and were husband and wife at all times_subsequent thereto
~ until the death of the said BLANCH DUNCAN, which occurred on _
