of a certain mortgage given by William Walker GwinTiup and Jayce Arlene
Gwinnup, his wife

acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage, and
surre~ders the same as cancelled, and hereby directs the Clerk of the said Circuit
Court to cancel the same of record.
