of the sons of DAVID H. HARVEY and CHLOE A. HARVEY, his wif2,

grantees in that certain Warranty Deed dated January 30, 1950
and filed for record ~ebruary 2, 1956, in Deed Book 210, at
Page 163 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Affiant further states that Affiant ard his wife, FAYE HARVEY,
purchased Lot 21, less the North 10 feet, Block 30, Revised Plat t

of FT. PIERCE SHORES, Unit Four, from D. H. HARVEY and CHLOE
~ A. HARVEY, his wife, by Warranty Deed dated March 5, ~965 and
recorded in Official Record Ba~k 113, at Pagz 506 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida. Affiant further states
that DAVID H. HARVEY, one of the grantees in the first above-
I mentioned deed and D. H. HARVEY, one of the grantors in the - ~
