end the masculine shsll include the feminine and neuter. Al1
rights and obligation9 under this mortgage shall eatend to and
be bindin6 upon the respeccive hefrs, eaecutors, administrators,
successors and assigns of tr,e ~iortgagor and Mortgagee.
