hereinafker calied the grantee: Florida
(Wherever used herein the terms_"grantor" and "grantee"
include all the parties to this instrument and the
heirs, 1Pga1 representatives and assigns af individuals,
and the succe~sors and assigns of corporations)
~ WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells,
remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantee, all
that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
Begin at the cente*: line of Orange Avenue Extension and the
East section line of Section 9, Township 35 South, Range-39
East, and go West along center line of Orange Avenue a distance
of 360 feet to a point; thence go South parallel to said section
line a distance of 2490 feet to a point of beginning. Continue
South parallel to said section line a distance of 146.46 feet to
a point; thence run West parallel to center line of Oratige Avenue ~
Extension a distance of 296.9 feet to a point; thence run North
para~.lel to said s~ction line a distance of 151.0 feet to a point;
thence rur~~East parallel to the center line of Orange Avenue Ex-
tension a distance of approximately 297 feet to point of beginning.
The same being Lot #40 of. an unrecorded plat entitled "West Fort
Pierce Estates" prepare3 January 24, 1955 by T. H. Deskins -
Land Surveyor. (Together with an easement for road purposes
over the West 60 feet of the East 360 feet of E~ of SE~ of said
Section 9.); and-
Begin at the intersection of the centerline of Orange Avenue
Extension and the East section line of Section 9, Township 35
~outh, Range 39 East, and run South along said Section line a
distance of 2390 feet to a point; thence run West parallel to the
centerlina of Orange Avenue Extension a distance of 360 feet to

the point of beginning. Continue to .run West a distance of 296
feet to a point; thence run South parallel to said section line a
