ARTICLES OF AGR~EMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made this__~

1966, between ANDRSW G. MATHIS and CARYL D. MATAIS, his
wifa, hereinafter reEerred to as "FIRST PARTIES" and A. LEO
LaFORGE and KAY LaFORGE, his wife, whose mailing address is
1405 Coronado Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter

and the said SECOND PARTIES hereby covenant and agree to
pay to the FIRST PARTIES a purchase price of EIGHTEEN
