FIRST ~ART in full satisfaction and liquida*_ion of all
damages by them sustained, and the said PARTIBS OF TH$ FIRST
PART shall have the right to re-enter-and take posse~sion
of the premises aforesaid without being liable for any action
therefor.
IT IS MIITUALLY AGREED by and between~the parties here-
tc that the time of each payment shall be an essential part
of this agreement, and that all covenants and agreements
herein contained shall extend to and be obligatory upon the
heirs, executo~s, administrators and assigns of the respec-
tive parties. _
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties to theae presents have
hereunto set their hands and seals, in duplicate,~the day
