The GORHAM ~ONSTRUCTION COMPANY, a Florida corporation, by `
its Vice President, V. R. GOR~~AM, JR., and attested to by its
Attorney, C. R. McDONALD, JR., does hereby release the follow-
ing described real property fran the followinq describeu I,iens,
said'property being situated in St. I,ucie County, Florida:
Blocks 1, 2, 3, 4, 9„•10 and 11, of the Allan ,
Wilson Groves, as per P'at thereof recorded in Plat
Book 12, Page 50, of the Public Records of St. Lucie '
County, Flori.da.
It is specifically acknowledged that said property is released
and it is released from the following two ~laims of Lien:
The first Claim of Lien being filed lay C. R. McDonald, Jr.,
as Attorney for the Gorham Construction Company, bei;~g
against Block 2, 3, 4~nd 7, of the said Allan Wilson Groves,
said Claim of Lien beinq in the amount of $63,590.08; and
being recorded in O. R. Book 123, at Paqes 535--536, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and a second Claim of
Lien, filed by GORHAM CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, a Florida corpo-
ration, by and throuqh 'its agent and attorney, C. R. McDonald,
Jr., coverinq Blocks 1, 8, 9, 10 and 11, of the Allan Wilson
Groves, in the amonnt of $57,468.55, said Claim of Lien being -
_ recorded in O. R. Book 122, at Pages 441 and 442 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The property described in these two Claims of Lien is hereby
released therefrom,-and the o~rners setforth in each of the above
said two Clai.ms of Lien are hereby released froir:: any c?aim whatso-
ever by the Lienor against them for the labor and services rendered
to the property described therein. ~ ~
The GORHAM CONSTRUCTION COMPANY does hereby release Blue Goose
Growers, Inc., Cavana~h Ranch Company, Inc., W. Thomas Davis, M. f
