that he is married to Roxie Smith, and is the sauaes JAMES SMITH
who executed a Mortqage, recorded in O. R. Book 158 at Paqe 114,
St. Lucie County, Florida, Public Records, to CITIZENS FEDERAL,
an3 that the only litigation to which the undersigned JAMES SMITN
has been involved, is an adoption in which he adopted a certain
baby boy, and that he is not the same JAMES SMITH, in which there
is a judqment entered, which is recorded in Judgm2nt Lien Book 3,
at Page 197, St. Lucie County Public Records, and that your affian
caused his attorney, C. R. McDonald, Jr., to certify to the correc -
ness of this fact, and said attorney has known JAMES ~~IITH for
some five years, having done the abovesaid adoption for him.
Your affiant, JAMES SMITH, has yood credit and has no 3ud~-_
ment or tax liens against him, and dots not have the middle
initial of "O".
