6. If any of said sums of noney herein referred to be not praoptly aad
fully paid wit~?in tt~irty (30) days next after the same severally become due
and payable, or if each and every the stipulations, agreements, conditions
and covenants of said promissory note and this deed, or either are not fu21y
performed, complied with and abided by, the said aggregate sum mentioned in
said promissory note shall becoa~e d~e and payable forthwith or thereafter at
the option of the Kortgagee, its successors, legal represcntatives or assigns,
as fully aud campletely as if the said aggregate sum Were originally stipulated
to be paid on such day, anything in said promissory note or herein to the _
contrary notvithatanding. ~ ~
7. If this mortgage is executed by only one person, then all plural nouns,
pronouns and verbs herein relating to more than rnne Mortgagor shall be canstrued
as singular nouns and pronouns of the appropriate gender a~3 singular verb, it
being the intent and purpose hereof that this mortgage shall conform to the
circumstances as fully as if.each change from plural to singular of appropriate f
gender was set forth ia writing herein. If this owrtgage is executed by mo=e ~
tban one persaa, then the preceding sentence of this paragraph numbered 7 shall
be construed as surplusage and se beiug stricken. '
This mortgage, including the execntion and ackna~rledgment thereof,
shall be construed vnder the laws of the State of Florida. >
