ASSIGN[~NT OF JUDGl~NT
RNOfi ALL MEN BY T~SE PRBSBNTS, THAT
General Electric Supply Company, a Division of General Electric Company,
as successor in interest of General Electric Supply Corporation, i~ considera-
tion of the sum of $10.00 af1C paid by Cttiarles E. Becht, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, does hereby transfer a~d assign to Charles B. Becht, a
certain judgment recovered by Ceneral Electric Supply Corporation against
Denson J. Parker in the Civil Court of Record, Dade County, Florida, on the
9th day of December 1949, for the sum of $2,107.52 aad costs of suit in the
amount of $13.35, a copy of which judgment is attached hereto, and all right,
title and inteYest, claim and demand therein, with £ull sutinority to the said
Charles 8. Becht to demand and receive the amount of said judgment and costs
to his own use, and General Electric Supply Company, a Division of General
j Electric Company, sa successor in interest of General Blectric Supplg Corpora-
~ tioin, does hereby authorize the ~sid Charles S. Becht to sue out eaecution and
all other legal process necessary.to the enforeemeat of said judgment, the same
to be done at his oWn cost and expense.
And General Blectric Sspply Company, a Division of General Electric
Company, as successor in interest of General Electric Suvply Corporation, does
hereby covenent with the said Charles B. Becht that the full amount o€ said
judgment plus interest and costs is now due and that General Blectric Supply
Company, a Divisi~n of General Electric Company, has not received and will not
receive the amount due on said judgment or any part thereof and will not dis-
charge or release said judgment or do anything to hinder or prevent the said
Charles E. Becht from enforcing said judgment.

General Electric Company, has caused this instrument to be executed by its
duly authorized representative this 2nd day of July, 19b5.
