ments containing covenants and warranties

the Trust $state, and containing provi-
sions excluding personal liability;

from ar~y source and add it to and commingle
it with the Trust Sstate;

2. The income payments provided to be me~de to any '

~ shall be made to such beneficiaries in person or upon ~
their peraonal receipt, and no dispositio~, charge or

thereof, by any beneficiary, by way of anticipation, '
