Ti~'henever an3 as often as ar~y beneficiary shall ~ be undex a leg,al disability, or, in the ~ud~ment of the ~ Trustee, shall otherwise be ur~able to apply to his best . interests and advantage p~ymenta of lncome or principal ~ directed to be made to him by the terms of this Tnist ~greement, the Trustee me~y make all or a portion of such ~ payments in any one or mors ot the folZoxing ways: (a) directly to said beneficiary; (b) ta the =legal guardian or representa- tive of said benePiciary; (c) to a relative oY said beneficiary, ; to be expended by s~ch relative for • the support, comfort, maintenance, . health and education of such bene- ficiary; or ~ (d) by himself, expending the same for th~ care, comfort, support, mainte- n~nce, education and medical attent3on ~ of such beneficiary; ~ a and thereupon the Trustee shall be relieved fr~n all ~ liability or accountabilitg foY the sums so paid or used. ~ , - ; 4. In no case shall any pa.rty dealing with the f Trustee in relation to any trust, or any p~rt thereof, be obliged to see to the application of any purchase money, or money loaned, or be oblig,ated to inquire into ~ the necessity or expediency of any act o~ the Trustee in relation to the Trust, or any part thereof, or any ~ income derived therefrom. Svery act of the Trustee f shall be conclusive evidence in favor of every person ~ ; ~ relying thereon (a) that-the Trustee ~s duly empowered = to perform such act, and (b) that such act is done in accordance with the provisions of this instrumen~. ' 5 5. The Trustee may resign at any time by giving ~ to the Grantor written notice specifying the effective date of such resignation. In the event that the Trus- ' tee s~all resign as Tru~tee hereunder, then the Grantor designatea and appoints JACK VAN DUrII~AM, of Alexandria, Virginia, as Successor Trustee, sub~ect to the agree- _ ment by said Successor Trustee to assume the Trustee's duties hereunder.
