The arantor, Kith the ~rritten conaent and con-
currence of either the Trustee or the 3uccessor Truatee -
named herain, by signed instruments delivered to the

Trustee during the arantor'e life, may revolce this Agree-
ment, in xhole or in pnrt, and amend it from time to time
in any respect; provided, ho~ever, that iY altered or amended, ~

the duties, poxers, and responsibilities of the Trustee shall
not be subetantial~y changed without his consent. In case of
revocation, the Trust Sst~te or that part thereof as to xhich {
