appertainin~. This deed is an absolute conveyance of title to the
Grantee named herein, both in effect as well as in form, and is not
intended as a mortgage, trust conveyance, or security of~any kind.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above dzscribed premises unto the Grantee
and l~is successors and assigns to their use, benefit, and behoof for-
ever, and the Grantor dues hereby specially wari•ant the title to said
lai~d, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever claiming by, through or under the Grantor, except
