to FbORIDA PaWBR b LI(~iT CQ~ANY a Right-of-Way Agreement dated the 23rd day
of September, 1957, recorded in Deed Book 234, at Page l, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie Ccunty, Florida; and _
WHBRSAS, FLORIDA POFiBR ~ LI(~T CQ~ANY executed a Supplement to
Bight-of-Way Agreement dated I~iarch 18, 1959, recorded in Deed Book 246, at
Page SQS, the purpose of said Supglemeat being to set forth an accurate
descriptian of the right-of-way; and ~
WNBRBAS, thzough inadvertence, said Supplement failed to state that '

the descriptian therein cantaiaed was the center line of the right-of-way; and
WHBRBAS, (~NBRAL DBVSLOPl~IvT CORPORATION is now the vwner of the
lands over which said right-of-way extends,
NOW, ~RSFORB, for benefits accruing to each, the parties hereby
i amend said SuppYement to Right-of-T~Iay Agreement and agree that the descrip-
~ tion of the lands in St. Lucie Couaty, Florida, covered by said Right-of-Way -
