I, ROGER P4ITR.AS, Clerk of the Circuit Court, hereby
certify that heretofore, on the7th day of November 1-966, I
executed and filed herein my Certificate of Sale of the mortgaged
property, and that no objections to such sale have been filed
herein, on or before the date hereof, and that Ten (10) days have
elapsed since the filing oi said Certificete of Sale.
That, as recited in said Certificate of Sale, the mort-
