1966, by OLNINA LaCHAriC$, sometimes also knawn as Olivina
Therrien LaC'hance, surviving spouse and unremarried widaw of
Henry LaChance, Sr., deceased, hereinafter called the Grantor,
to HENRY I,aCHANCE, JR. and SUZANNS LaCHANCS, his wife, whose
post office address is: 4515 South Federal Highway, Fort -
Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called•the gra~ntee:

"Graatee" include all the parties to this
instrument, and the heirs, legal representatives
and assigns of individuals, and the successors
and assigns of corporations.)
