19 66 , by DONALD L. SHEPHARD, AS TRUSTEE, and JEROME A. SIMONS, AS TRUSTEE,

WITNESSETH: That the Grantors for and in consideration of the sum of

lease, convey and confirm unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in
St. Lucie County, Florida, viz; '

LAKEwOOD PARK, according to the Plat theseof recorded in Plat Book 11,
page 29 , Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belonging or in anywise appertaining. .
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee•simple forever.
AND the Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantee that they are Zawfully ~
seized of said land in fee simple; that they have good riqht and lawful author-
ity to sell and convey said land; that they hereby fully warrant the title to j
said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons ~
whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances.
This conveyance is made subject to the following conditions and restrictions ~
which shall be construed as covenants real running with the land to wit: ~
1. Subject to existing easements, if any and to easements shown on the sub- ~
division plat. ~
2. Subject to restrictions of record recorded in Deed Book 244,
at Page 349 , Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
