R$VOCATION OF TRUST

~rife, executed and delivered to ourselves as Trustaes a deed grant-
ing to ourselves as Trustees the follawing described property situate
in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit: _

of a line bearing South 54~ 16' West extending from
the Northeast c~rner of said Lot 1 to the shoreline

which Deed of Trust was duly recorded in the public rec~rds of
St. Lucie County, Florida, in Deed Book 264, at page 481, and,
WI~sR6AS, the $aid Deed of Trust contained the following clause:

~ ~ revoke this Trust in whole or in part by an

the said trust to be revoked, aad all the properties described therein
to be held in fee simple by the said R. E. BSWLEY and OZ~LLA EBTSLLE
EEWLEY free and discharged €rom the said Trust to all intents and
purposes as though the said Trust had never existed. ?
