retain any other invastments which they may deem desirabl~.
If ~here bg any uncerta3nty or question as to whether any part
of the trust estate be principal or incoma. or as to whether ~
any cost, charge, expense, tax, or asses~ment thareon should
be charg~d against principal ~r income, the Trustees shali ~ave
pawer in their discretion to settle and determine such questian.
The Trustees shall have full power and authority by contract to
bind the trust estate without making themselves individually
liable, and to perform any anc~ all other acts which they may
deem proper for the carrying out of the purposes of this agree-
ment, incluc3ing, ~ut not Iimited to, all po~wers express~y
conferred upon Trustees by Chapter 691, Florida Statutes.
No part of the income or principal of the Trust herein
established shall be subject to ariticipation, alienation, or
assignment by the beneficiary.
